1/ "Banh canh" is the thick noodle made from a mixture of rice and tapioca flour.
The soup is thick, spicy, a tad sweet with nice color (from a spice? a seed?i can’t get the recipe) .  A big piece of pork meat – feet pork  - crab or fish sit on the ocean of noodles.

2/"Bun thit nuong" is rice-noodle with BBQ pork,crunchy spring roll,mixed salad,peanut and spicy fish sauce.
